About Me

CURRENT MISSION

It's a beautiful day for a ride!

ABOUT ME

I believe life is about the journey, not the destination. I want to experience as many things as I can, and I always want to try new things. I was an exchange student in Germany for a year of high school, and that amazming experience broadened my horizons. One of my most memorable experiences was in 2010 when I biked from California to Key West while taking a sabbatical from graduate school (economics....). Lets just say I'm still on the sabbatical, and I'm now working to start a nonprofit community used bike shop in Washington D.C.

I love the outdoors, both in the snowy winter and the hot summers. I also love traveling. I love coffee shops, tea, bikes, dancing, live music, water, (ie swimming, kayaking...), hiking, camping, and books. I used to do a lot of triathlons, but more recently I discovered CrossFit and yoga.

PHILOSOPHY

Keep it real!
