ABOUT ME

I am a very open-minded person that likes getting to know different lifestyels and cultures. I speak English fluently and by now French as well :) I love travelling to many different places - especially to European countries and South East Asia. Though I am very curious to also get to know Latin America.

I grew up with two cultures in Germany,my parents are Russian.
Cooking and trying ANY kind of food is what I enjoy :D also trying all kinds of new things. going out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far, I have been meeting people in Orléans through CS during my internship there. And twice I stayed with someone in the South of France when I was on vacation.

I participate in couchsurfing because it is a great way to meet new people, to get to know a place with some help from a local but also because it is a good way to help other people and get to know their culture.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite books: Kampf der Götzen, Rich Dad Poor Dad.

I do not have a specific favorite movie. But in general I like funny movies, cultural movies and crime thrillers a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived a year in the U.S., which has really impacted me a lot. Also, I have been to Russia to meet the friends of my parents (they were born there) and it really amazes me with how little people are happy and joyful there.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a life long learner, always open to learn new languages. If anybody is interested in a language tandem for Spanish or French - please let me know :) In the past I have made many good experiences with language tandems and I think it also helps to learn about the culture.
