We (my husband and I) moved to Vipava valley 2 years ago to open up our own vegan diner with some friends. It's located on the paragliding landing at Lijak just outside Nova Gorica. We fell in love with the area, because it's one of the most scenic regions in country and has the best climate (they even say "slovenian California"). We found a lovely old stone house to rent for ourselves and our furry friends in the bordertown Miren (5 minutes ride to Nova Gorica) and are now accepting guests. We love to host, show you around, guide you as much as we can and you can even try some slovenian vegan cooking :). Welcome!
