About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To do things that irrationally scare me, challenge me and encourage growth. To be kind and make a positive impact on the world.
ABOUT ME
I'm happy, easy going, and excitable. From Melbourne but living in the UK. I spend my time lying in parks, hiking, going to gigs, having drinks at the pub and trying to find the next good time!
I love being outdoors (camping, running, hiking, following people's dogs around exclaiming about how amazing they are).
I love music- I'm at a gig every week- LOVE festivals, LOVE dancing.
I'm up for all sorts of adventures, but happy to be alone as well.
I love cooking but if you wish for me to cook anything distinctly Australian I will probably just make you Vegemite on toast!
I love reading, I'm a massive nerd for fantasy books (JK Rowling, Phillip Pullman, Sara Douglass books especially- the Troy Game series may have been my original motivation to visit the UK haha)
PHILOSOPHY
"I want to live a life worth writing about"
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm living in the UK and travelling around the UK/ Europe- so I would love a couch to crash on!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
This will be my first overseas CouchSurfing experience! It appeals to me as I love the idea of getting a local perspective of the places I'm visiting, and going to places that are different, rather than the typical "tourist-y" things. That said, I don't expect anyone to act as my tour guide, I'm happy to explore on my own :)

Books- Sara Douglass, Jacqueline Carey, JK Rowling, George RR Martin, Gillian Flynn
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One? I don't feel like I've had one defining amazing experience. Hmmm.... If I had to pick one, it was the time I hiked Bobotov Kuk in Montenegro on my own- climbing rocky peaks to ice caves, wildflowers, bumble bees, boulders, sheep farmers and friendly dogs- it was the most special experience of my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have a degree in Naturopathy (Nutrition, Herbal medicine) and I'm always happy to share my knowledge on that subject. That said, I'm a terrible naturopath day-to-day and will never preach health advice. It's just a job to me, really.
I've been learning to slackline, which is awesome ! I wish I could bring my slackline with me :( If you have a slackline, that would be the best thing ever- they are such a fun activity to share.
I love to learn, whatever you would like to share- I'm all for it!
What I Can Share with Hosts
