I've just graduated university and I want to explore! I love chatting with people about ideas, about sustainability, about themselves, about anything! I love to laugh and often do. I'm easy going, open minded and am up for (almost!) anything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted many (!) people on my couch in Thunder Bay while I was a university student. My three housemates and I all had CS accounts, so you can imagine, between the four of us, how many people have slept on our couch! We've never had a bad experience, only great ones. I've been a surfer myself only a few times so far, but planning to do alot more in the near future!

Interests

My boyfriend Pete and I have a few focus' for our bicycle trip from Portugal to Greece, and one of them is to get as much climbing in as possible! We love to rock climb and want to experience what the Mediterranean and surrounding area has to offer.
We are also constantly growing more interested in sustainability of the environment and are keeping our eyes open for examples along our route of innovative ways that countries, people, businesses, etc. are becoming more environmentally responsible.
More than anything, we love the outdoors! Hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, sailing! Being outside makes us happy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moments that left me awestruck? Lying on my back on an island in Georgian Bay, Ontario and watching a meteor shower at 2 in the morning... 79 meteors in an hour! Amazing.
