To see the world and to learn about different cultures and pople to better the world and myself at the same time!

ABOUT ME

I'm a public school social studies teacher. I live in the far Northside of the city right off the Red Line (which runs 24 hours).

I love to relax, drink coffee, ride bikes, sports, and love going out!

I'm a social guy and love to go out, but you'll see me in the local places, dive holes, bars and places like that. Also if you want to surf with me, please be open to my company and the company of my friends. I hope that you want to surf with me to learn, teach and share.

I love hosting people and hear stories and experiences that people from around the world have to offer to this project. I love to travel esp. in Latin America, but would love to travel to Southern Africa.

I'm a Brother in Phi Delta Theta, so if you're a Phi I'll be more than happy to let you surf with me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate in a ton of CS Chicago events and know a good amount of folks in the community. I've traveled and had the pleasure of meeting and hanging out other CS communities and believe ours in one of the best ones in the world. So feel free to stop by and hang out with us. We're super COOL!

I met a guy in Colombia and I couch surfed with him and a ton of great people there! I want to give back to the CS community by hosting. Anyway I can give back to the community I'm more then happy to do.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed in Colombia and have hosted back in Louisiana four times or so. I really enjoy hosting bc I get to meet all kinds of people from different areas and gets different world views. I love CS meet ups, but I wanna get out to more of those. CS is a great idea and I love to spread the word about what CS is all about.

Interests

Sports, ESPN, American Football, reading, traveling, hanging out with awesome people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I should read more, but I watch a TON of ESPN! In terms of music I like Soft Rock music like John Mayer, tonic and my favorite dishwalla! I listen to a lot of mainstream music like rap and pop and stuff like that. I'm not very unique in terms of music. Top 40 pretty much does it for me!
