About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm just working in Japan. Wishing my life was a bit more interesting than it is now.

ABOUT ME

I'm a placid fellow, just cruising through life. I work a lot which is a bit of a drag but my weekends are fun.

I can't say no to an adventure. Especially a bicycle adventure.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm pretty heavy into social justice. Solidarity and equality.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been to one meet up in Tokyo. I meet people at parties who are involved too but my participation is a bit limited... for now...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm still quite new to this. Only hosted a few surfers and never been hosted myself.

Interests

I like riding my bike and eating new food. Frisbee and picnics in parks are the best.

Music, Movies & Books

Studio Ghibli/Hayao Miyazaki. Quentin Tarantino. Stanley Kubrick. Massive Attack. Funker Vogt.

One Amazing Thing I've Done

I've worked in Tokyo for most of a year. I spent a whole month bicycle touring with friends around Tasmania (Island state of Australia). We stayed in tents, bathed in waterfalls and ate lots of fruit :) I met Leonard Cohen once and saw Richard Branson in the street once too.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you the best way to tie your shoelaces. It will blow your mind and change your life. I can also teach you to juggle since I was part of a circus for 10 years.

Countries I've Visited

Australia, Germany, Japan, United Kingdom

Countries I've Lived In

Australia, Germany, Japan
