Overview
About Me
I tend to talk too much, or not at all, and my emotions are always all over my face. More than anything else in the world, I love to learn.
Right now I'm organizing a trip, hoping to couchsurf my way up the West Coast from San Diego back up to Vancouver, BC through the month of May! I'm open to almost anything as long as I get in a few good nature walks. I might have a 16mm film camera with me the whole time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet spirits who love exploring the world and other people like I do. To take in as much as possible and broaden myself in the process.

Music, Movies, and Books
Basically, I love anything that opens my world a little more.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've eaten lunch in a Tea House built by Swiss mountain climbers in the 1920's, in the mountains surrounding Lake Louise. The view was stunning, the food fantastic, and I found out that I had carried the current owner's backpack up the last stretch of the hike. That woman is now in her 80s and her and her family have owned the Tea House since the 1950s. I touched a piece of history that day.
In eighth grade, I went on student exchange to Bavaria and Austria. While in Vienna, we ate at an authentic Hofbräuhaus. I can now officially saw I've eaten Wienerschnitzel in Wien - and accompanied by traditionally-dressed spoon-players no less. Every part of that place was a work of art, including the menu.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have awesome recipes for chocolate chip cookies and brownies. Let's do an in-home potluck.
