to travel around Italy this summer

ABOUT ME

Born and raised on Cape Cod (USA) - living in Italy since 1992. My kids are all grown up now so I try to spend winters in warm places and the summer in Italy. I work as a freelance translator (this is why I can travel).
This summer I have decided to do some exploring around Italy (with my new so-called green pass) and see what happens with the COVID-19 situation.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a host: I can offer a couch or a bed for a night or two to travelers that may need a break from their hectic schedules. A place to wash some clothes, hang out and get yourself together, get a good meal, catch up with your friends and family via the internet. This is a beautiful area if you like nature. We have a little river very close by which is very refreshing in the summer.

As a guest: I am more than willing to help out around the house in exchange for a place to sleep.

As a host or guest: I have participated as a workaway host/guest for many years now.

Got deported from the UK when I was 19 hahaha - I still have no idea why I was not allowed into the country that time.
