CURRENT MISSION to find what I'm looking for ABOUT ME ...erm, don't know how to distill this... My interests are in music, cooking, reading, theology, philosophy, film, travel, cycling, climbing/hill walking and snowboarding. I am, by dint/curse of personality half-committed to a number of things, which makes me an expert at none but allows me to engage in lots of conversation. What I find most life-giving is meeting new people, faith, hope, love, sharing ideas, getting excited about the idea of community and drinking good coffee. PHILOSOPHY search for truth and live by it

yes, yes, yes. All sorts of the above. A recommendation for each of the above. Movie - the lives of others, music - terry callier, books - Orthodoxy by GK Chesterton (I like obvious things as well, these are just obscure tips that a person of taste will enjoy if they chose to find them).
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Climbed Kilimanjaro last summer. Spent some time in Namibia, Mexico, Guatemala which were amazing and quite formative. I would recommend to anyone to go to the Namib desert, its breath taking Lived in China - interesting country. I've done lots of interesting things, can't really distill them in this box.
Teach, Learn, Share
What can I bring to this community...I'll try to give you a fun time, bit of a tour, nice meal etc. I'd like to play the harmonica or the guitar if anyone fancies teaching me, though I am pathetically lazy without deadlines so I doubt it would work.
