Overview
About Me
Hey! I recently moved from Toronto to Amsterdam and now that I’ve settled into my new place, I’m excited to open my home to travelers — it’s a great way to meet people, stay curious, and keep that sense of discovery alive even when I’m not on the road.
I’ve been playing the cello for years, and music is a big part of my life. If you're into music or just curious, I’m always happy to share a tune or two.
I enjoy meaningful travel — not just sightseeing, but connecting with people and different ways of living. I also love spending time in nature, especially camping trips in the spring that help me reset.
Looking forward to welcoming kind, open-minded people and sharing some good moments along the way.

I love hearing people’s stories, exchanging cultures, and learning how others see the world. Whether it’s over a homemade meal, a walk through the city, or a deep late-night chat, I believe these shared experiences are what truly make travel unforgettable.

Music, Movies, and Books
🎵 Music:
My playlist includes indie, jazz, and world music. I enjoy discovering local music scenes wherever I travel, from street musicians to hidden live venues.
🎬 Movies:
I’m drawn to thought-provoking films and stories with emotional depth. Some of my favorites include Into the Wild, Her, The Pianist, and anything by Christopher Nolan. I also enjoy documentaries that expand my understanding of the world.
📚 Books:
I enjoy books that explore human behavior, psychology, and philosophy. A few that have stayed with me: The Alchemist, Sapiens, Man’s Search for Meaning, and The Art of Happiness. I'm always open to recommendations!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I moved across 5 countries alone before turning 30 — each time starting from scratch, building a life, making new connections, and growing through discomfort. Looking back, what feels amazing isn’t just the move itself, but the inner strength it took to keep going, keep evolving, and keep believing that something meaningful could come from the unknown.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach:
I’d be happy to share what I know about playing the cello, understanding Turkish culture, or navigating life across different countries. I also love deep conversations — whether it's about psychology, mindset, or life philosophy.
Learn:
I’m always curious about how others live, think, and find meaning. I love learning new ways of seeing the world — whether it's through your culture, your favorite local spot, or simply the way you cook your favorite dish.
Share:
Good music, meaningful stories, deep talks, and some laughter. I believe the best connections are built through authenticity and small moments — and I’m always happy to share those.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd be happy to cook some traditional Turkish dishes for you and engage in delightful conversations about my culture.
