I am an easy going college student trying to see the world on a budget. I grew up in India. I recently moved to the UK to work on my PhD. I am planning to use this opportunity to see this part of the world. I am not neccessarily a fan of tourist-y spots and would be perfectly content and happy aimlessly wandering around in the city. I like conversations a lot and I'm pretty funny (or so I like to believe :D)

I am a BIIIGG Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan fan and if we end up meeting there is a good chance that I will insist that you listen to him atleast once :D. Apart from that I like Kris Kristofferson. Yea, Qawaali and American Country music :D. But when I'm drunk, whichever song is playing becomes my favorite. I really like reading, and I have a tough time picking out favorites hence I will just direct you to my GoodReads profile

I can teach Hindi or Malayalam is anyone is interested. /NERD Mode on I am moderately proficient at coding and can teach you how to code if you are interested /NERD Mode off I would like to pick up a musical instrument, but you might have a tough time teaching me because I am practically tone deaf. :D
My Interests
I like standup comedy and am currently gathering up courage to do an open mic for the first time :D. Apart from that I like reading a lot. I read mostly non-fiction. And finally, I like conversations, a day spent in interesting conversations is a day well spent. I am also very big on Board Games, favourites being Betrayal and Dominion.
