I am a vipassana meditator and love life. I want to meet more like minded people who want an adventure and generally want more from life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel and meet new people, I don'twant to do the general hotel stops. It's has been my desire for many years to travel and I have finally taken the step to quit my job and book the plane ticket.

Interests

I practise meditation called vipassana which has changed my life. I love to read good books like spiritual, self development, novels, autobiography and short stories. Some of my favourite books are A new earth, I am that, the fountainhead, the alchemist, presence rupert spiral, the death of Ivan illy ch, living the tao, Stephen Fry autobiography, hand to mouth to india and adventures of a tin pot warrior. My favourite relaxation is sitting on a bench with a good book and a green tea.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The original tough guy event, which involves a 15km with over 200 army obstacles course in freezing temperatures. You have to endure electric shocks, in and out of freezing water, barb wire, walking the plank. Amazing thing to do.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach people about spiritual and meditation, English culture, healthy eating, self development, awareness. I want to learn about other cultures and I am facinated by what makes people tick. Share an amazing experience. I can cook a limited menu learnt from working in a kitchen as a volunteer.
