Why I'm on Couchsurfing
With couchsurfing I've been to Cardif, Oxford and San Jose, Calif. I liked it very much. Fortunately, I just just moved to a new flat so I'm able to host people for the first time now.
Music, Movies, and Books
I like plenty of books. The Alchemist by Coelho, The Kite Runner and Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini and Murakamis Norwegian Wood are some of my favorites. I listen to bands like the Beatles, Fratellis, Mumford&Suns, Phoenix, The XX, Rolling Stones, Shout out Louds, Subways...
My Interests
I'd like to travel, but time is a serious restriction right now since I'm trying to finish my PhD. I've been playing football/soccer since kindergarden, so I'm generally interested in all kinds of sports.
