Hi there! 🌍
I’m Khristina, traveling with my partner Julian — just two curious souls wandering the world. Right now we’re somewhere in Asia, following the flow without strict plans.

I was born in Yakutia (yep, that crazy cold part of Siberia ❄️), growing up between ancient Sakha traditions and modern Russian life. Traveling has been my dream since childhood, and since 2016 I started to realize it little by little and now from 2022 it has become my way of life.
I love diving into new cultures, connecting with people, singing, writing stories and poems, and simply sharing moments.
Julian comes from the German-speaking Alps of Northern Italy, close to Austria. He works with academic writing, but his real passions are retro Nintendo games (now even creating his own!) and music. We’ve picked up instruments on the road — ukulele, ocarina, flute, a tiny piano — and even if we’re not pros, we love making sounds together.

Over the years my interests have shifted, and I love how every stage of life brings new passions.
🖼️ Art has always been close to me — not just in galleries or theaters, but also in nature itself. I love slowing down, really feeling what I see… or sometimes just lying under the night sky, watching the stars and getting lost in the universe. ✨
🎶 Music is another big part of me. I’ve gone through many phases in taste, but one thing stays: I love to sing.
🎬Movies keep inspiring me too. When I was a kid, I wanted to be everything — a teacher, scientist, figure skater, musician, even an elf or a vampire 😂. Then I realized films let you live all these lives, which made me fall in love with storytelling. Someday I still dream of making my own.
📚Books are a constant companion. I started with fantasy (Tolkien, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones), but later I got into folklore, psychology, neuroscience. These days I write more of my own stories, poems, and songs.
♟️ My father introduced me to chess when I was a kid, and it became our family thing - we all play and still challenge each other regularly. I taught Julian how to play, and now while we're traveling, we play constantly. He's getting better and better, which makes our games more exciting! As for video games, I wasn't really into them until Julian introduced me to Nintendo games, and I completely fell in love with the Zelda series. This open world where you travel and encounter so many adventures has captured my heart. The storylines, atmosphere, characters, music - everything about these games amazes me. It's become one of our shared passions now.

🗺️ Our Adventures
✨ Together with my friends, I traveled through Central Asia with the "100 Days Footprintless" expedition in 2016. Once we had an opportunity to live with lamas (monks) in a buddhist temple))
✨ I travelled solo through Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan for about five months. And I've climbed mountains with an altitude of 4000 meters.
✨ Three years on the road with Julian, exploring Asia — the longest adventure of my life.
As for Julian, he chose the crazily cold place for his exchange studies - Yakutia. That says a lot about him, haha! Most people think I'm adventurous, but this Italian guy willingly went to one of the coldest places on Earth. That's where we first met, actually - in my homeland's frozen wilderness. He survived Siberian winters better than some locals... Now he's equally at home whether we're trekking through tropical jungles or camping under desert stars.
UPDATE!!!:
✨ Most recently, we trekked to Everest Base Camp (5364 m) and climbed Kala Patthar (5644 m) — an unforgettable experience!🏞️🏔️❤️
