About Me
You know the people referred to as a golden retriever, I think I might be one of them 😂 I’m happy with the simple things - a cheap meal from a local place, sniffing flowers, taking pictures of bugs, sticks and rocks, collecting seashells and sea glass, and simply sitting and breathing taking in a sunset.
I love learning about new cultures. I worry sometimes I’m too nosey and maybe too direct in my questions but it comes from a place of love, respect and wanting to understand everything.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: 80s pop and rock, 90s and 00s dance, opera, 70s Italian hits… I’ll listen to anything
Movies: no horror! And embarrassingly romcoms are my ultimate comfort watch.
Books: Jane Austen is my favourite by a mile! But I read anything and everything as long as it catches my eye - detective novels, romance, sci-fi, gothic, historical fiction, I will read anything!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Ooooh which to pick? Probably my hike up Table Mountain because that damn near killed me! - note don’t try to hike it at 2pm in the afternoon.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach English, Italian and embroidery.
I’m studying French, Arabic and coding.
I can share anything - anecdotes, hairbands (I always carry 3+), suncream, food, insulin, helpful tips. Whatever you need.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Biscuits.
