finish my PhD // live in China and Chile for a while // speak fluent Chinese // moving to a new flat so we can host again
I am interested in way too many things. I love my profession and work a lot while I can't stop learning (currently Chinese). I enjoy meeting people who can teach me.
I love to discover new places on a bike.
I am open minded and enjoy relaxed conversations.
So you think its all a mess? Even more reason to make things go your way!
Don't mistake movement for achievement. It's easy to get faked out by being busy. The question is: Busy doing what?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Above all, I like the idea of sharing and exchange in CS. I share what I am lucky enough to have: a flat in a beautiful old building and what I know about this city. And exchange ideas, find people who can show me how to be a useful participant of society.
I've traveled only a few times but hosted CSers many times, and I host bikers through an other site (Warmshowers). Then I moved abroad for a year, afterwards moved to my boyfriend, where we couldn't host. Now we are renovating my flat in Budapest so we can move back and then we can continue to host interesting people!

What I Can Share with Hosts
I love Budapest: the old buildings, the colorful pubs and art. I know some of its hidden treasures and I enjoy showing around people. As a structural engineer and as an architecture-lover, I can explain some interesting buildings and bridges in Budapest.
Countries I’ve Lived In
China, Netherlands, Portugal
