我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I recently got interested in travelling, so after some shorter trips together with friends I have now started my first longer journey to South America. Especially since I'm travelling solo I really appreciate the opportunity of couchsurfing to meet locals and other travellers to share and exchange experience, culture and language.

Recién me vinieron las ganas de irme de viaje y después de unos viajecitos más cortos ahora estoy en mi primer gran viaje por Sudamérica. Más que nada Couchsurfing me da la oportunidad de conocer los sitios que visito a través de la perspectiva de los locales y de compartir e intercambiar experiencias, la cultura y el idioma.

What comes to my mind is cycling for hours through the awesome British rain along villages on the English south coast together with my best friend. And spontaneously hiking up to Maracahuasi without even knowing it was at 4000 m. Then there would be cycling through the Valle de la Luna in the Atacama Desert and saving street dogs there from dying of thirst ...
