Hi! I'm Andrey, I live in Saint-Petersburg, the most beautiful city of Russia, and travel other amazing places.

Travelling is the best refreshing activity for me. It gives me new energy, impressions, ideas and friends, and I believe it gives the same to my guests, hosts and fellow travellers. I'm sure that main idea of Couchsurfing is common interests, not just free couch. My primary interests are everyday life, history and economy of other countries.

Mark Twain wrote: "Only two things we will regret on deathbed - that we are a little loved and little traveled". So lets travel!

I have amazing city Saint-Petersburg, couch, travel stories and all my hospitality for you. I'm pretty open-minded and straightforward so feel free to share any ideas and questions. Sometimes I have time to walk together and show the city, sometimes not. Anyway I'll do my best to host you and my house is your house. Mi casa es su casa!

Couch, shower and several useful hints are all I need to travel. I read about popular places of interest and local transportation before travel usually. So I'm strongly interested in knowledge which is out of travel guides - how people live their everyday life in your country and what informal places of interest are around. I will be happy to talk, walk, drink or cook something together if you have spare time.

--- If we travel together ---
Every time I travel I say to myself: “Well, this trip will be slow and easy”. Don't trust - every time after that I visit lots of places and people! I alternate intensive days with relaxed days during travel. So one day we can climb to the top of the mountain to visit ancient fortress, and next day we can spend near a pool, drinking cocktail.
