I am from Pennsylvania but live in New Mexico. Desert life is very different than on the East coast but there is plenty to love about this part of the United States. I work in the healthcare field and enjoy the challenges and satisfaction that comes with it. Other than work, I really enjoy seeing the world and learning about other cultures.

I love meeting new people and being able to share together whether it's stories, food, or adventures. I have been amazed by couchsurfing because it's allowed me to have experiences and meet people that I likely would have never met. I really cherish those friends and memories and hope to create more through my travels.

Unfortunately, my work schedule is not conducive to hosting at this time but I have really enjoyed being a host in the past.

兴趣

I find joy in writing, playing music, singing, baking, crochet and doing active things such as skiing, snowboarding, biking, hiking, rollerblading. I also love spending time with others, whether it is family/friends, my patients, coworkers, or strangers I connect with.

I’ve found myself reading mostly practical material including medical journals. I am often short on time, unfortunately, and rarely have time to read for fun. But I do like Harry Potter.

I enjoy all kinds of music and movies. It’s hard to pin down favorites even. If it’s good, I’ll tune in.

I traveled to Uganda and had the privilege of learning about the culture and spending time with the wonderful people and children, especially. It was one of those experiences you just need to experience to understand. I'll never forget it.
