About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Enjoy every day.
ABOUT ME
I'm an easy-going guy who enjoys active lifestyle, traveling, a good book and a meaningful conversation. I spend a lot of my free time outdoors as I love the freedom of being in the mountains or near the ocean. I am used to put away the comfort of my home to have an authentic experience. I love craft beers, starry skies, summer storms, ocean breeze, chilling with my friends at the campfire or just having a chat and laughs in a local pub. I love to observe how nature changes throughout the year and feel the diversity that every season brings. I also really like to get to know new people and explore different cultures as for me it is the best way to learn about the world, society, cuisine, and myself.
PHILOSOPHY
Today is a gift, that's why it's called the present :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am ready to host whenever I am in town, but I am usually away for the weekends. If I happen to have a free evening/weekend, I am more than happy to show guests around.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Besides having a great amount of fun and laugh, I've met a whole bunch of people who I truly admired and who opened my mind in some way. CS is a great way to learn about the world and get inspired.
Interests
Travelling is one of my passions, mountains are my second home. Since I have spent most of my life in a small town close to the mountains, I have always enjoyed mountaineering. I like to go hiking, ski touring, cross-country skiing, running, cycling and camping. When I travel I like to stay with locals as it is the best way to get to know the countries and people living there. As I was a bit younger and had much more time, I also spent a good amount of time hitchhiking. Besides that, I enjoy basketball, volleyball, swimming, kayaking, photography and guitar.
