Overview
About Me
I’ve been living in Medellín since December ‘21. I have three kids who stay with me 1–2 weeks a month, with the rest of the time at my ex’s place. I have a spacious three-bedroom apartment, each with its own private shower and toilet. It offers a great view, a large terrace with 70 plants, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building also features a swimming pool, two types of saunas, a gym, squash courts, a park, and even my own parking space.
I’m open-minded, polite, honest, and friendly—I love making jokes. I’ve traveled to many countries and run a business selling Japanese products.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I hosted many people back in Ukraine, stayed with many nice people in various countries about 10 years ago, then had a family life. I got divorced at the beginning of 2024, so in 2025 I remembered this website and try to use it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have done a parachute jump, traveled by bike through 4 European countries (crossing 2 borders by bike), and hitchhiked from Italy to Norway in 12 days. I also hitchhiked with my ex-wife and my 7-month-old son in Georgia changing 13 cars, as well as with my ex-wife in Austria, Italy, and other countries, and hiked in the Alps during that time.
Another great personal achievement was conquering all six Ukrainian mountains above 2000 meters in three days—just 30 hours from the first to the last peak (usually it takes 6–8 days). That was also my first hiking and camping experience.

I’d love to learn Spanish, and I’m happy to share my experiences and interests along the way.
