Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm road tripping out west between work semesters on a path to find what else is out there in life. Another reason is to explore and camp/backpack/hike in the mountains of California.

I grew up exploring the outdoors so it's a huge part of my life. I Live a pretty Health centered lifestyle. I love meeting new people, being exposed to other cultures, and exploring new places. I also enjoy a good beer.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a wide array of music. I read mostly Sci Fi non fiction Stephen King being a favorite. I enjoy all kinds of movies, Favorites include Fight Club, Anchorman, Up in Smoke, Alien and several others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most breath taking and beautiful things I've ever seen is the view from Pike's Peak in Colorado. Educating kids about the outdoors and seeing there whole attitude towards it change has been extremely rewarding.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have three degrees biology, health, and a master's degree in education. I love to discuss these topics. Im always open to learning new things and being exposed to new experiences.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm easy going and not picky. I get along with just about everyone from any walk of life. I'm not opposed to helping out around the house and have experience working with plumbing, electrical, painting, farmwork, and gardening.
