HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was told about CS in 2010 by a friend of mine who is an active host and surfer. His stories were fascinating and I wanted to enter the project immediately, but I've always lived in shared flats, so it was impossible to me to host someone. Then in 2011 I had the opportunity to travel and surf a bit... and those were the best trips of my life!
When I lived in Rome, my best friends were active CS event organizers and I was always there at the weekly aperitif... good time!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed at four hosts' places in Ireland: amazing! Then I stayed for almost a week in the Asiago Plateau, where I met a wonderful family! Then I couchsurfed in Milan, Bologna, Strasbourg...
But actually I have loooots of experience of sharing flats and lives, also in the countryside...

Intereses

Meditation, mental focus and energy practices, possibly outdoor. Yoga and trekking! Health and food awareness.
Tasting new dishes, possibly homemade and typical from the place, even better if made with organic and homegrown food.
Novels and books about spiritual development. Alternative news on the Web and social networking. Going to the theatre or to listen to live music.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Started to REALLY know myself... the most amazing trip a human being can do.
Crossed a frozen lake, had a hot thermal bath surrounded by snow... actually every bath in my beautiful Sardinian sea is an amazing experience!
Laid on the edge of the Cliffs of Moher looking at the sea raging 200m under me!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I'd like to learn mind control, emotional release and deep healing techniques, playing the piano and belly dance... I can teach Italian and how to prepare a delicious tiramisù ;-)
