Hello! I work in publishing making books (basically a dream come true to me), and currently live in New York. Originally I’m from California and have also lived in Seattle. I love being surrounded by nature, good food, and better people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting people from around the world and learning more about their cultures and lifestyles. I’ve had great experiences meeting many people through CouchSurfing and I find it a great way to make the world feel a bit smaller and make connections around the globe.

Interests

I love to spend time outdoors, hike, explore, etc! You can often find me reading at a coffee shop or walking my dog in a beautiful area. I also love to cook and bake, because I find food brings people together. I am also a passionate advocate for women's rights and the environment.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to listen to music of all kinds, from french indie pop to r&b to funk to classical to kpop! Show me your favorites, I love hearing new things!

As for books, I read quite a lot… 170+ books just last year! But some of my all-time favorites are Piranessi (Susanna Clarke) and This is How You Lose the Time War (el-Mohtar and Gladstone). Some of my favorite authors are Jane Austen, Neil Gaiman, Arundhati Roy, Kazuo Ishiguro, and VE Schwab.
