I live in Heidelberg, Germany, though do my best to escape in winter. In November 2025 I plan to go to Columbia and Peru

I try and lead my life according to Socrates' famous saying: "try everything once in life except incest and Morris Dancing."

My philosophy (a section I now realise CS has scrapped) is to keep an open mind, relax, do your part for the world, and pick up hitchhikers. Plus a sarong is useful in every situation.

Interests vary from sports to reading and travelling, though my main passion is writing, with which I have a love-hate relationship xD

Like most Couchsurfers, I always want to learn about foreign cultures and different lifestyles. I enjoy cooking, pubs and parties; also love card games :)
