Have traveled the world in my younger years but now am more inwardly focused. I live in an isolated rural place so would enjoy hosting occasional visitors when I am home. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I believe from my own experience that travel is one of the most important forms of education a person can have. It helps you see beyond your own culture and drop a lot of attachments, especially if you really want to wake up in this life time. I would be glad to help support this end whenever I have time. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I moved every three years as a child and kept my nomadic tendencies going as an adult. At one point,I lived for seven years without an apartment anywhere teaching Reiki all over the world ....always staying at peoples homes who had oranized my courses.

One Amazing Thing I've Done
All of life is amazing....so it is difficult to pinpoint one thing. Adventure wise, probably surviving a sinking boat off Mexico and a hurricane in the Atlantic.These pale however, when compared to meeting a realizd being.

I have taught Reiki for over twenty years as well as other healing modalities. My other interests and skills are meditation, Tai Chi, writing,teaching, dancing,sailing.Currently am studying Tibetan.
