Have been in So Cal/Long Beach for many years so can show all the cool spots in town and around So Cal. Currently between positions and so have lots of time for exploring.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Looking to host some folks whilst working on some projects around the house and then likely do some travelling and exploring of my own.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed a cousins couch in New Jersey many years back and surfed an apartment in Paris.Hosted 100 plus surfers since October, 2010. Bring on more surfers !!

Rehabbed three properties so know lots of fix-it stuff and buying and selling property also familiar with investing.
