Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To explore London.
ABOUT ME
I would really like to practice speaking Thai. If any Thai folk/Thai speakers are in town let me know.
PHILOSOPHY
I have no tolerance for boredom. Just think about something! Seriously.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My housemate and I hosted a bunch of lovely people while we were living in Thailand and I caught the CS bug bad. Now I live in London I would love to host again but my housemates aren't really into couchsurfing. (Shame!). I would still be up for meeting for coffee/drinks/wandering about because I have a lot to discover around here and I like showing off my favourite spots!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far so good! I have only hosted, never surfed, but everybody who stayed has been fantastic and I have learnt a lot.
I have drank fermented tea, learnt about controlling computers with your mind, know that Um is a naughty word in Kazakh, and feel confident driving a 6 foot 5 Yorkshire man on the back of my scooter.
Interests
Trying to improve my Spanish and Thai, stuff with wool, Yorkshire tea, exploring London, eating cakes, playing cards, going out and dancing loads, the local (really hard) pub quiz, ale, pies, hanging out with my SUPER mates and generally soaking it all in.

Music, Movies, and Books
Short stories, any books about crazy love stories that may or may not have a happy ending, books about trees or crows.
Lots of music... electro/techno/metal/dub/indie/folk just not house music or pop punk or Oasis!
I like films where lots of plots all tangle up and overlap, and anything with Gael Garcia Bernal in it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A man I had briefly met told me I was his guide in a mescalin trip and told him all sorts about his life. I mean I wasn't there but that's pretty amazing to me!
Teach, Learn, Share
I don't have many skills! Could teach you a bit of travellers' Thai, how to make proper builders tea (for non-brits), basic accounting or how to make lovely crochet throws.
Countries I’ve Visited
Bolivia, Brazil, Denmark, France, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Spain, United States
Countries I’ve Lived In
Thailand, United Kingdom
