Overview
About Me
I'm a very social and chatty sort of guy. For some reason I get along with Americans far better than my fellow Swedes, probably because of having been brought up on Hollywood movie VHSs.
I'm a bit of an animal person and have a lot of love for nature.
As I am the son of two artists, I have a creative mind that doesn't know how to quit. Never-ending ideas and creative impulses always haunt me, and I am grateful for it.
I am good at adapting, compromising and getting along. Pretty good at diplomacy and cooling down heated arguments and fights, even when drunk, among a bunch of other drunk people (although I drink in modesty).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm going to California within a couple of weeks and require a sleeping spot for my first four days in L.A. before I head north. This makes for a great opportunity to meet interesting people.
Interests
Incurable movie buff & movie soundtrack enthusiast. Enjoys graphical illustration, playing piano and composition, writing, gaming, self improvement, meeting new people.
Has a heart for science, excitement for new technology, has a sober, rational, logical mind that follows where evidence leads.
Enjoys philosophy and contemplation. Discussing politics can be fun. Always up for debating religious topics and other social matters if there's a debate worth having.
I have a big interest in transhumanism and futurology.

Served in the Swedish Armed Forces through conscription. That was a tough one!
Teach, Learn, Share
Not sure what this section mean by 'Teach, Learn, Share' so I guess I'll just drop a couple of philosophical thoughts that I thought were good enough to commit to memory.
"The silence of fools is more important than the words of a wiseman"
-Me.
"An individual's need to escape pain is always greater than an individual's need to inflict pain"
-Also me!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a fun guy to hang out with. The previous sections covers some of the basic broad strokes of my interests. I think it's sufficient, otherwise I might just end up repeating myself.
