I'm Lena, I was born in Venice, Italy but when I was 2 years old I moved to Hamburg, Germany, where I grew up.
Last year I moved to Berlin into my own little apartment.
Since October 2016 I'm studying Arts and English to become a teacher.
Besides my studies I work as a Sales Advisor in a jewellery store.
I like to travel Europe, would love to meet, spend time and live with locals.
My friends would describe me as funny, sometimes bit crazy, tolerant, creative, open-minded, ironic, spontaneous but organised woman, who's always up for fun and a laughter.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm really interested in meeting different people from different countries and spending time with them. I love to get to know and exchange culture, interests, life and language.
For me it seems like CS is a really good opportunity to widen your horizon and stop being a normal tourist because you can get a deeper insight into the real life at the places you stay.

Interests

I love to spend time at a cafés, concerts, festivals and clubs but I also like to just take a walk outside. I always love to meet friends and make some new. But most of the time I'm hanging around in the atelier at my Arts University and be productive by drawing, painting, tattooing, taking pictures or just having quality time with the fellow students while listening to music.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a lot of different genres but my favourites are Alternative, Indie, Hardcore and some Hip-Hop.
My taste in movies is as varying as my taste in music. Sometimes I'm a total girl but I also like to watch horror movies or some action ones.
I don't really got time to read more than my books and articles I have to read for Uni but I like to read independent magazines like Vice or Intro.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A really amazing thing I've done was traveling through the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany with my mum last summer. We discovered every place we've been to by foot and it was super cool because you get to see so much more than by taking the public transportations.
One day we walked 26km through Paris.
