I enjoy learning other languages and about other cultures. I always want to meet people from other places and learn about their home. I like knowing random facts about different places from these people and knowing no matter where I go, there is a friend nearby. I have studied abroad in Japan and Russia, and am currently studying in Germany. -June 2017

A buddy of mine brought me to a Couchsurfing event in Moscow. Asked him how he knew about it and told me about this website. Seems like a great way to explore where ever I am traveling, or find new areas to travel.

I hiked Mt. Fuji. It started raining near the top, then started hailing at the top. It was rough. Always check the weather ahead of time if you want to go hiking.
