I'm a psychologist, born and raised in the Brazilian state of Pernambuco. Currently I'm living in Salvador, the 3rd largest city of Brazil and capital of Bahia state.
Since my early childhood, I'm fascinated with the big world we live, and was always curious about other countries, peoples and cultures.
So, my aim is to discover, learn and connect with other cultures, and I think that travel, host travellers and make new friends from all over the world is the best way to do it.
I'm open minded and an appreciator of cultural diversity, so I not only enjoy but actively look for meet people from different cultures, ethnicities, nationalities, religions, with different thoughts and worldviews, always trying to understand and learn something from them!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I told above, I want to be the kind of people who's always connected with other cultures. I'm in Couchsurfing to approach myself to this aim by host and be hosted by people and make friendships around the world!

Interests

In a travel, I'm most likely to visit historical places and learn from the culture of the place I'm traveling. Also (and more important), when I'm travelling I like to live as a local citizen, immersing myself as much as possible in the culture and daily life of the place I'm visiting.
I also love to talk about cultural differences, learn about other countries and talk about Brazil, and share life experiences and worldviews.
