Hey!🙋🏼‍♀️ My name is Leonie, I‘m 18 years old and a newcomer in the world of Couchsurfing. I‘m from a small town in Germany, so my current mission is to experience what our world offers besides the surroundings I’m used to. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing seems like the perfect opportunity to exchange cultures, languages and knowledge as well as to gain new friendships. On the one hand, I can show people around my hometown and get to know new sides of it myself, on the other hand, I have the chance to learn something new about a place by chatting with a local.

Interests

In my free time I play basketball or do some other kind of sports, I like to read, go for walks/hikes, meet my friends and much more. I‘m a pretty outgoing person, I like to be active, discover new places as well as to experience new things. You can probably make me enthusiastic about nearly everything.

Music, Movies, and Books

I basically like all kinds of music, movies and books or at least I’m open for it. I‘m listening to music nearly all the time, mostly to pop or whatever is in the charts. Reading is something I really enjoy and my genres are usually a good mix of novels, thrillers and real life stories. By the way, Netflix is one of my best friends😉

What I Can Share with Hosts

Come to me and I can share the German culture with you! I can show you around - Düsseldorf is nearby, we could go there as well - and give you some insider tips of great places to visit. You could feel at home at my place. In general I can offer an exchange of cultures, interests and whatever by having conversations and spending some time together.
