I am living in Berlin for the past 9 years, first for my studies and now for work. I had the opportunity to travel to some very cool places and to meet a lot of kind and hospitable people.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

To connect with local people and make friends all around the world.
I got to known to couchsurfing by doing a trip together with two friends of mine who are experienced couchsurfer. Together we traveled trough Ecuador and Peru mostly by staying on somebody's couch. For me it was a much more intense and worthwhile experience compared to staying in a hostel as I learned about the way people live in different parts of the world. Instead of going to hostels which kind of look the same everywhere I definitely prefer staying with locals. For me 80% of traveling is meeting people, making friends and trying out something new!

音乐、电影和书籍

I barely watch movies as I want to motivate myself to read more ^^. Last english book I read was "After many a summer" from Aldous Huxley. Left some lasting impressions, so I can definitely recommend it ;)
Besides that I read a lot of German literature. Lastly I also started to read in Spanish, but I still need to improve my vocabulary.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I did some very amazing winter hikes and camping outside with up to -10°C (14°F). Forrests in the winter look marvelous.

I am always in for improving my language skills and helping other people to learn German. Since 2020 I am also using Tandem for language exchange. That's how I learned Spanish ;)
I also love to share some recipes from the places I visited. But don't expect anything with meat, as I am vegetarian for almost 18 years now.
