Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING There is probably nothing I enjoy more than connecting with people and it's also a way to cure my "Fernweh". Whenever I have the chance, I also like to go travelling and see new things, places & people. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've only had a few chances to host or surf so far. However, through being active in students' organisations, I stayed at many people's places I didn't know before which was a bit of a similar experience - and I loved it!
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Navigating through Istanbul on my own and feeling the sublime vibe of the city was absolutely amazing.
My Interests
My favorite word in my native language German is "Fernweh" - which means something like longing for faraway places or having itchy feet. I am having that feeling a lot. I like learning about new things and seeing new places - I am fascinated by so many things, but mostly by people. I enjoy dancing, cooking (especially vegetables!) and talking to interesting people.
