I can host 1-3 days and if someone is super easy going, I can imagine to extent My son and I live five minutes walking from the beach. 🏖️ Sunny Isles Beach is a great area with restaurants, cafes and shops. The Aventura mall is only 10 min drive from here. Bus station in front of the building. Please try to request the stay in advance. Last minutes don’t always work, but it might be possible. That’s not about me. House rules are easy here: NO ALCOHOL in the apartment. NO PEOPLE WHO DO DRUGS. NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING. NO PARTY OR LOUD MYSIC IN MY APARTMENT. It is about relaxing, enjoying the peace and all the fun happens outside!!! 😜😊 You will have your own room and can relax. You are allowed to cook if you like, go to the pool, jacuzzi, the gym in the building, an office and we could even grill outside. ☀️ Lots of great stuff here.
