Chill yet chaotic. Social at times, "introverted" other times. A chicken running with its head cut off or lazing around like a sloth. "A walking contradictory," a friend calls me.

I don't enjoy small talk (please don't make me do this), but I do enjoy exploring big things to minute details--whether it be on a hike or during a conversation. On a never ending journey of self improvement/realization, exploring, eating, learning, experimenting, sharing.

Volunteering in a Ukraine.
I went to Vietnam on my first solo trip for a month. I was timid and a bit scared (still am haha), especially after my family kept telling me how bad it was there (they're from Vietnam, and some live there). I enjoyed the hell out of the trip because I talked to strangers [in hostels and on the streets], got personal with them (as in had great conversations!), hung out with them for days, traveled with someone I just met for two weeks, and enjoyed random street food with some of these wonderful strangers.
So, the amazing thing I've done was talk and trust in strangers.
To add to this now, I wanted to reinforce the idea that people are good as it seemed to be easy to get jaded. I hitchhiked and Couchsurfed the first 2 months of a recent trip and it made me feel so much better about the world! I felt so taken cared of. I thought of the world as drifting further and further apart, having no sense of community. But this part of my trip has proven that there is community when you need it.
saw bio-luminescent fungi, went biking, hiked with great people, received help from strangers, made (and ate lots of cake), communicated (and was understood by) with people in different languages, ate/cooked amazing food with amazing people, saw a young child go from fearful to joyful, received a hug, was welcomed, and....and.....and......

Teach/share:
Food gives me [a] life (ya know, it gives it energy) through passion and the reward of sharing it.
I could attempt to teach you Vietnamese...it's my 1st language, yet I'm not as proficient with it as my 2nd:D Exact translations can be great...cow cake--sounds yummy, right?
I will honestly share whatever I can: my experiences, whatever random knowledge I may have, a good cup of coffee, conversation over a meal [that we prepared together would be nice], a nice walk/jog/hike...

Learn:
Please teach me many things! I like being walked through a process like a 5 year old XD
I love working with my hands ( cooking, gardening, mechical work (really need to learn more) or doing something active (wanna learn some aerial sports). Of course I'd like to learn how to make some more amazing food!
