Now I live and work in my hometown, Chiayi City, Taiwan, which is famous for local foods. Please feel free to ask me anything about Taiwan,and I mostly get free time on Tuesday and Wednesday. I could be your tour guide for free in Chiayi or other counties nearby :)

About Chiayi City :

If you come to Chiayi to visit Alishan阿里山,to see the tea farms ➡️ Shizhuo石桌 (trails surrounded by tea farms and bamboo), to explore the special trail with historical railroad in the forest which was built by Japanese in 1915 ➡️ Mianyue Line眠月線 (online application is needed but easy to walk and finish)

Special local dishes in Chiayi City:
Turkey rice 頭家火雞肉飯 or 郭家火雞肉飯 or 林聰明砂鍋魚頭(fish head soup), cold dishes with meat and veggies 黑人魯熟肉 or 北興魯熟肉, cold noodles and cold meatballs南門涼肉圓 or 黃記涼麵涼圓, soybean pudding in soy milk陳品豆花 or 品安豆花, grapefruit green tea 御香屋葡萄柚綠茶, traditional jelly red bean milk 高興紅豆湯粉角紅豆鮮奶
