I'm a Latvian human living in Australia, with a passion for exploring and understanding the world. I've travelled to about 70 countries, mostly solo, with the intention of deepening my understanding of people's ways of living a life well lived. I am curious, I try to do everything from a place of love, guided by self-created values and inherent humility and appreciation for differences and perspectives. I currently work as a clinical psychologist, and my dream is to combine my mental health work with international humanitarian efforts.

My style of travel has been... Scuba diving through shipwrecks in the Philippines, surfing the waves in Sri Lanka, feeling +45°C in Africa and -35°C in Norther Europe, absorbing history in the Smithsonian museums, jazz clubs in NYC, floating in the Dead Sea, NYE on Copacabana in Rio, kite surfing in Cabo Verde, yoga retreats in Ibiza, meditation ashrams in India, plant medicine ceremonies in the Amazon jungle or Blue Mountains in Australia, dancing around campfires in the Atacama desert, mountain biking the death road in Bolivia, living on a sailing yacht for 6 months, floating on rivers in deep tropical jungles of Laos and getting lost in the awe of life amidst all the adventure and the life lessons.
