A little about me:) I am really into French pastry learning these days. Made my first croissants from scratch . Not successful I am afraid. Managed to kill the yeast unfortunately :D trying again after my trip to Paris. I love making food using the birch sap. Next to my home in Norway is a forest full of birch trees. In the spring I harvest the sap and later use it for desserts and sauces. I keep bees and collect the honey during summer also. I love eating fresh organic vegetables and eggs.I grow a lot of my own veggies. I keep some hens who give me lovely eggs . My favorite crop are fingerling potatoes and summer peas. I like cheese and love French cheese. I live in an ecovillage in Norway and know how to use renewable energy.Installed first 9solar panels on my roof this summer. www.hurdalecovillage.no
