Overview
About Me
My name is Luca, Italian and living in Brighton (UK) since 2013. I am currently working on my PhD in Computer Science. I moved to Brighton when I started feeling tight in the city I was born and raised.
I consider myself positive, friendly and with good critical thinking. I love experimenting, experiencing and living new situations. I try to challenge the status quo and force myself to get out of the comfort zone. I like meeting new people, listening what they have to say and share ideas. I am very curious but not judgemental. I am very open to diversity and I don't fear change.
In my free time, I usually do "nerdy" activities (such as playing videogames, watching series, films and animes, playing boardgames/card games) as well as outdoor activities (usually going somewhere walking/trekking/hiking).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I travel, I really want to experience the real culture of the place I am visiting and the only way to do so is to be in contact with locals. I will be amazed to live as locals do and in exchange I will try to share a bit of the Italian culture with you.
