ABOUT ME

Estudié Derecho en la UNAM. Me gusta el periodismo, me interesa salvaguardar el medio ambiente, perderme en la filosofía, ahondar en la literatura, charlar, escribir, tocar la guitarra y hacer videos. Trabajo como periodista y editor en una revista ambiental www.revistamundoverde.net y colaboro eventualmente en otra revista de reflexión latinoamericana www.distintaslatitudes.net. Realizo documentales y compongo música con mi guitarra. Particularmene me interesan las políticas de decrecimiento, el análisis del discurso y la creatividad artística. Alguna vez actualizaba mi blog: www.segundodespertar.blogspot.comI studied Law at the University, I like journalism, environment, philosophy, literature, pleasant chats and writing. I work as an editor of an environmental magazine www.revistamundoverde.net . Basically I have a particular interest for de-growth politics and discourse analysis.

PHILOSOPHY

Vaya, soy un soñador con ciertos destellos de acción en el mundo real. Valoro mucho a la gente, me encantan las pequeñas anécdotas. Me emociona encontrar visiones del mundo que chocan abruptamente con mis circunstancias. Me interesa comprender la visión de los otros. Pienso que el budismo consagra una base ética y filosófica casi intachable. Soy anticonsumista y creo en la simplicidad voluntaria como única vía para tener una vida medianamente armoniosa con el medio ambiente.

Well. I think I'm divided in two parts: The first one is really exigent with myself, it has a trascendental mission, maybe an historical duty. On the other hand I love to live each moment with ectasy, to enjoy our ephemeral temporality on earth; and usually, I tend to be inclined for the second idea. I aprecciate friendships and I try not to hurt anybody. I want to find people with different points of view

I believe that we can find an incredible ethic basis on the buddhism philosophy, I recommend you to follow the or at least, to read the Noble Eightfold Path, and then, maybe is possible to change our viewpoint about life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Utilicé couchsurfing en Portugal, España, Marruecos e Irlanda. En México también me quedé con miembros en Mérida, Tabasco, Querétaro, Michoacán, Jalisco, Morelos y Chihuahua. Ahora he recibido muchos couchsurfers en casa. Además gracias a esta página he conocido amigos entrañables.

I Used couchsurfing in Portugal, Spain, Morocco an Ireland. In Mexico I was hosted by members from Merida and Tabasco, and now I received travelers at home, such as Valérie from Belgium, Lil from Usa, Georg from Germany, etc.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Conocí el gran basurero de la ciudad de México para hacer un reportaje periodístico y un potencial docuemntal. Fue asombroso.

Colaboré con los zapatistas en dos caracoles en Chiapas. He viajado más de cuarenta ocasiones pidiendo aventón en la carretera y acampado en lugares de difícil acceso.

I went to the biggest garbage dump of thw world in Mexico City. I collaboreted with the zapatist in a
"caracol" (socialist community leaded by indigenous people) in Chiapas (maybe the poorest state in Mexico) and I love hitching and camping.
