I am a traveling writer/photographer based in the paradise of Mozambique. A keen surfer and intrepid adventurer, my life basically revolves around exploring distant lands. I do however heavily subscribe to the idea that travel is never really about where you are but who you are with. I am new to couch surfing, but I think this is a prime opportunity to get to understand different places in a a far better way.

I am on couch surfing because it is a great way of getting to understanding a place, meeting people and knowing a destinations beyond what you read in a lonely planet book. It is also can make traveling to more expensive countries more affordable.
