ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Hawaii, currently living in NYC. I love the outdoors, exploring new places, meeting new people, and making friends everywhere I go. I love to eat and I consider myself really adventurous. I'll do/eat anything at least once. I'm laid back, open-minded, easy-going, down-to-earth, and very respectful and clean. I can easily entertain myself. I'm very low-maintenance.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Someone suggested it to me as a great way to meet locals in the countries I will be traveling and to meet people from other parts of the world visiting NYC.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted numerous people in NYC and I've been guests to amazingly generous people. I always bring little gifts from home for my hosts :)

music: anything ranging from hawaiian to reggae to country to hip hop to pop to enya to classic rock to rock. the occasional house music and rap.

movies: comedies, rom-coms, mystery, adventure
forrest gump, dumb and dumber, catch me if you can, the notebook, something borrowed, love actually, all the indiana jones (but not particularly the 4th one)

books: dr. seuss, nicholas sparks, the hardy boys, nancy drew, harry potter, the fault in our stars ... not a particularly huge book reader

My friends and I did a 3 day, 3 night scuba diving live aboard in the Great Barrier reef in Australia. Best experience of my life and I would totally do it again!
