Most people know they have to brush their teeth every day and shower... but nobody knows how to take care of their nervous system!!! 🤷🏻‍♂️

I love to go out and dance! and even more, to do home programs like cooking together, watch movies, or play board games. I´m a huge fan of nature and healthy habits.☀️

I can teach Portuguese, bad Spanish or some basics of dancing (Salsa, Bachata, Forro, Kizomba etc...).
