I'm half French/half British and had the opportunity to live in and travel to quite a lot of countries. The travelling bug really got me and I spent most of my twenties in India first to study Indian classical flute and finally dropped it all to practice mainly yoga and meditation while teaching French as a foreign language in New Delhi. Back in France in July 2009, I taught English to adults in various institutes and companies in Nantes. In 2014, I took a 180 degree career change to become an art-therapist.
In 2016, I arrived in Saint-Breuc and recently, one of my dreams became true: I have my own art-therapy studio and manage to make a living out of my passion!
I've got a Youtube channel called "J'kiffe l'art-thérapie!" (= I'm crazy about art-therapy!"), and I have real fun sharing my videos on the Internet!

At the moment, I'm listening to Avishaï Cohen, Agnès Obel, Richard Galliano or Vinicius Cantuaria. It changes all the time according to my mood.

In december 2016, I wet on a 5-rhythm dance workshop in the dunes of Merzouga, Marocco. It was an amazing experience to dance in the middle of the desert during 5 days. I loved every single minute of it. Lots of joy and laughter with all the people in the group, a deep reconnexion with myself and nature...
