I'm Lydia and currently studying special needs education in Heidelberg. I love to try new things, especially getting in touch with new people und beeing in nature! I love cooking, swimming and dancing (Salsa and Bachata) and I find myself a lot in our vegetable garden and having barbecue with friends! Having a good conversation and meeting inspiring people is what I love most about travelling!

It’s mainly me who will host you but I live together with with my flatmates Anna and Pia, who are my close friends. They are happy to help you out as well :)
You can cook and prepare what you want but if possible we would prefer no meat to be cooked in our kitchen❤️

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Ich bin bereits im Frühjahr 2022 mit einer Freundin in Ruanda, Uganda und Kenia unterwegs gewesen und haben dort Cochsurfing gemacht. Noch heute sind wir in Kontakt mit einigen Menschen, die wir in dieser Zeit kennengelernt haben und das möchte ich nicht missen! Auf Grund dieser tollen Erfahrungen möchte ich auch Couchsurfing weiterhin nutzen. Wenn eine meiner Mitbewohnerinnen nicht Zuhause ist, kann ich auch Leute aufnehmen :)

I tried Couchsurfing during a trip in Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya in 2022 with a friend (Anne). As we met so many lovely people, I thought I should set up my own account now. If one of my flatmates is not there, I can host people as well (even it might not be that often)

Ich glaube vor allem die Herzlichkeit so vieler Menschen beeindruckt mich immer wieder aufs Neue! Sei es auf der Straße, im Supermarkt oder sonst wo…
Zudem schwimmen mit Delfinen im offenen Meer in Kenia war ein wahr gewordener Kindheitstraum!

The most lovely experience(s) i've made is meeting inspiring and kind people everywhere (even in the supermarket :D) and swimming with dolphins in Kenya was a childhood dream, which came true :)
