I've been a member of Couch Surfing since 2009 but I've yet to actually utilize this site as I've always been a bit gunshy about taking the first leap. I hope to change that in 2018!

ABOUT ME

Even though I currently call Colorado home, I'm about to move to Japan in a couple months. I'm really looking to travel some of Asia while I am living there over the next 3 years. I have an Assc. of Social Science, and multiple advanced business degrees. I'm a bit of a workaholic, owning 2 businesses and just recently closing down my storefront to prepare for the move to Japan. I'm a huge social butterfly and I love to drink socially but the older I've gotten the less I enjoy the idea of crazy parties. Now I'm just looking to explore, meet new people, learn new things and really push my boundaries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As I mentioned above, I've been on this site for nearly a decade but I've always been super nervous about taking the first leap into couch surfing despite having multiple friends who rave about it. I am hoping to get over that fear this year and take full advantage of the opportunities that come with CS. (Mostly the fear of being axe murdered...)

Interests

I'm open to anything really. That's what makes me a well rounded person. If you're willing to show me or explain it to me then I'm happy to listen and learn!

Right now traveling is right up on the top of my list. There is so much to see in the world. The history is just amazing! I want to experience as much of it as I can since I only get one ride in this life!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Edinburgh Castle was one of the most amazing places I've ever seen. I already love the city but the castle was so stunning. I took more pictures of it than probably anything ever before. It was a much better experience than I could have ever imagined!
