Why I'm on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I do all kinds of travels and when I get tired of hotels or feel like I'm only meeting foreigners like me in hostels, I turn to couchsurfing to meet locals. I like to be able to exchange about our cultures and love to practice languages. Nothing better than discovering a place with the eyes of a local !
Music, Movies, and Books
Harry Potter, detective novels , Harry Potter, girly novels. oh, I almost forgot, and Harry Potter ;). Art, history of art, history. Action films (Marvel series, Bourne series, Sherlock Holmes, Zorro, Taken), comic films (George of the Jungle), girly films (Bridget Jones type) . Pirates of the Caribbean. Moulin Rouge. Dance and indie music, salsa/bachata/merengue/kizomba, some French music, Italian music, Brazilian.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Going up the Etna volcano in Sicily - 3 times ! (not all the way by foot though ;) ) Taking part to the building (building, not restoring !) of a medieval castle with the techniques of the 13th century ! (Guédelon, south of Auxerre, France)

My Interests
I love dancing, dancing, and dancing. Besides club dancing I'm crazy about latin dancing (bachata/salsa) and recently got taken into kizomba too (SBK night, anyone ?) I love languages and try to learn more and more, Portuguese being the latest addition. Couchsurfing is also a way for me to practice my languages ! I love reading, especially detective novels...nothing better than a good murder to solve !
